Transfer of fraud cases U.K.

29 U.K.In section 4 of the M1 Criminal Justice Act 1987 (transfer of certain fraud cases to Crown Court), in subsection (1)(b)(ii), for the words “seriousness and complexity” there shall be substituted the words “ seriousness or complexity ”.
