In section 19 of the M1Criminal Justice Act 1982 (breach of attendance centre orders or rules), for the subsection (3A) inserted by section 67(5) of the M2Criminal Justice Act 1991 there shall be substituted the following subsection—

“(3A)

A fine imposed under subsection (3) above shall be deemed, for the purposes of any enactment, to be a sum adjudged to be paid by a conviction.”.
