23In the following enactments there shall be omitted the words from “within” to “warrant” (which prescribe the period of validity of warrants under those enactments for which section 16(3) of the [1984 c. 60.] Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 prescribes a standard period of one month), namely—
(a)section 4(2) of the [1978 c. 37.] Protection of Children Act 1978; and
(b)section 17(1) of the Video Recordings Act 1984.
