47In section 40(3) of the Criminal Justice Act 1991 (power of magistrates’ court to commit offender convicted of new offence during currency of previous sentence to Crown Court for sentence), in paragraph (b), for the words from “in accordance with” to the end there shall be substituted the words “ ; and the Crown Court to which he has been so committed may make such an order with regard to him as is mentioned in subsection (2) above. ”.
