In section 18 of the M1Children and Young Persons Act 1963 (jurisdiction of magistrates’ courts in certain cases involving children and young persons)—
(a)
in paragraph (a), for the words “the age of seventeen” there shall be substituted the words “
the age of eighteen
”
; and
(b)
in paragraph (b), for the words “the age of seventeen” there shall be substituted the words “
the age of eighteen
”
