8In Schedule 1 to the [1968 c. 27.] Firearms Act 1968 (which lists the offences to which section 17(2) (possession of firearms when committing or being arrested for specified offences) relates)—
(a)in paragraph 4, after the word “Theft” there shall be inserted the word “robbery”; and
(b)after paragraph 5, there shall be inserted the following paragraphs—
“5AAn offence under section 90(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1991 (assaulting prisoner custody officer).
5BAn offence under section 13(1) of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (assaulting secure training centre custody officer).”.
