In section 116 of that Act (meaning of “serious arrestable offence”), in subsection (2), paragraph (aa) shall be omitted and at the end there shall be added“and

(c)

any of the offences mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (f) of section 1(3) of the Drug Trafficking Act 1994.”
