Extent Information

E1 Sch. 1 amendments as specified therein have the same extent as the enactments to which they relate.

Criminal Justice Act 1982 (c. 48) E+W

7 E+W In Part II of Schedule 1 to the Criminal Justice Act 1982 (persons convicted of offences under certain enactments not eligible for early release), at the end there shall be added—

“ DRUG TRAFFICKING ACT 1994 E+W

Section 49 (concealing or transferring the proceeds of drug trafficking).

Section 50 (assisting another person to retain the benefit of drug trafficking).

Section 51 (acquisition, possession or use of proceeds of drug trafficking).”
