Amendment of Transport Act 1968 S

163 Guarantees by Strathclyde Passenger Transport Authority. S

After section 13 of the M1 Transport Act 1968 there shall be inserted the following section—

“13A Guarantees by Authority.

The Authority may guarantee any obligation entered into by the Executive with the approval of the Authority.”.
