153SIn section 41 of the Fire Safety and Safety of Places of Sport Act 1987 (interpretation), in the definition of “local authority”, in paragraph (d), for “regional or islands council” substitute “ council constituted under section 2 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 ”.
