84SIn section 1(4) of the Local Authorities (Goods and Services) Act 1970 (supply of goods and services by local authorities), in the definition of “local authority”—
(a)for “regional, islands or district council” substitute “ council constituted under section 2 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 ”; and
(b)for “those” substitute “ two or more such councils ”.
