65 S In section 16(1) of the Local Government (Development and Finance) (Scotland) Act 1964 (interpretation), in the definition of “local authority”, for “regional, islands or district council” substitute “ council constituted under section 2 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 ”.
