144SIn section 69(3) of the Weights and Measures Act 1985 (local weights and measures authorities: Scotland), for the words from “each” to “council” substitute “ the area of each council constituted under section 2 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 shall be the council for that area ”.
