In section 24 of the Petroleum (Consolidation) Act 1928 (application to Scotland), for subsection (1) substitute—

“(1)

for paragraphs (a) and (c) of section 2(1) of this Act there shall be substituted the words “a council constituted under section 2 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994”.”.
