54SIn section 24 of the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 (power of local authorities to provide sites for caravans)—
(a)in subsection (8), for the words from “an islands” to the end substitute “ a council constituted under section 2 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994. ”; and
(b)subsection (8A) shall cease to have effect.
