There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994, Section 148.
(1)In paragraph 14D(1) of Schedule 1 to the M1Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 (procedure for making and confirming toll orders), at the end of paragraph (a) (and before the word “and” immediately following it) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
“(aa)that existing road is free of toll,”.
(2)In section 27 of the M2New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (toll orders), after subsection (9) there shall be inserted the following subsection—
“(9A)On the date when a toll order comes into force any provision of any enactment (other than an enactment contained in this Act) which confers a power or imposes a duty to charge tolls for the use of all or part of any road to which the toll order relates shall cease to have effect.”.
