12U.K.In section 47(3) of the Charities Act 1993—
(a)paragraph (a) shall be omitted, and
(b)in paragraph (b), for the words from “such” to “46(3) above” there shall be substituted “ a charity other than one falling within paragraph (c) or (d) below ”.
