80 Financial provisions.

1

There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament—

a

any sums required by a Minister of the Crown, an office-holder F1or the Forestry Commissioners for making payments under contracts entered into under or by virtue of Part II of this Act;

b

any administrative expenses incurred by a Minister of the Crown or office-holder in consequence of the provisions of this Act; and

c

any increase attributable to this Act in the sums so payable under any other Act.

In this section—

  • “Minister of the Crown” has the same meaning as in M1 the Ministers of the Crown Act 1975;

  • “office-holder” has the same meaning as in Part II of this Act.
