In subsection (1) of section 100B of the Management Act (appeals against penalty determinations), after the words “subject to” there shall be inserted the words “ sections 93, 93A and 95A of this Act ”.

At the beginning of subsection (2) of that section there shall be inserted the words “ Subject to sections 93(8) and 93A(7) of this Act ”.
