Part VI Oil taxation

Chapter	Short title	Extent of repeal
(1) The repeals in the Oil Taxation Act 1975 have effect in accordance with section 236 of this Act. (2) The repeal in the Finance Act 1993 has effect in accordance with section 238 of this Act.
