Notwithstanding any obligation not to disclose information that would otherwise apply, the Commissioners may disclose information to F2a regulator for the purpose of F3assisting the regulator in the performance of its functions.

Information that has been disclosed to F4a regulator pursuant to this paragraph shall not be disclosed by F5the regulator except for the purpose of any proceedings connected with the operation of any provision of, or made under, any enactment in relation to insurance or to tax.
