96In section 86 of the [1969 c. 48.] Post Office Act 1969 (interpretation of Part III of that Act), in subsection (1), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “national health service authority”, for the words from “Regional” to the end substitute “Health Authority or a Special Health Authority;”.
