125 U.K. In section 6 of the M1 Welsh Language Act 1993 (meaning of “public body”), in subsection (1)—

(a) for paragraph (f) substitute—

“(f) a Health Authority established under section 8 of the M2 National Health Service Act 1977 or a Special Health Authority established under section 11 of that Act;”, and

(b) omit paragraph (h).
