Section 20 of the Administration Act (claims and questions to be submitted to adjudication officer) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), omit “and" at the end of paragraph (b) and after paragraph (c) insert—

; and

d

any question whether a jobseeker’s allowance is not payable to a person by virtue of section 19 of the Jobseekers Act 1995.

In subsection (2), after “which", insert—

may be determined by an adjudication officer under section 9(6) or 10(5) of the Jobseekers Act 1995; or

b

In subsection (6), after paragraph (a) insert—

a jobseeker’s allowance;
