The Criminal Justice Act 1967 (c. 80) E+W+N.I.

F3 5 E+W+N.I. In section 69(2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1967 (extension of enactments relating to persons sentenced to imprisonment or detention to young offenders), the words “, section 40 of the Prisons (Scotland) Act 1989” shall cease to have effect.
