1SSection 3 of and Schedules D (form of execution of citation of witnesses), E (form of execution of citation of jurors), N (form of notice of further diet) and O (form of notice of postponed second diet) to the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1887 shall cease to have effect.
