In section 38(2) of the Crown Proceedings Act 1947—
a
in the definition of “His Majesty’s ships”, for “Merchant Shipping Acts 1894 to 1940” substitute “Merchant Shipping Act 1995”; and
b
in the definition of “ship”, for “meaning assigned to it by section seven hundred and forty-two of the Merchant Shipping Act 1894” substitute “the same meaning as in the Merchant Shipping Act 1995”.
