In the Explosives Act 1875—

a

in section 58(b), for “Merchant Shipping Act 1854, or the Acts amending the same” substitute “ Merchant Shipping Act 1995 ”;

b

in section 98(2), for “Merchant Shipping Act 1854,” substitute “ Merchant Shipping Act 1995 ”;

and

c

in section 101, for “Merchant Shipping Act 1854 and the Acts amending the same, or any order or regulation made under any of those Acts” substitute “ Merchant Shipping Act 1995 or any order or regulation made under that Act ”.
