33 Transfer of operating centres. E+W+S

Schedule 4 (which makes provision in relation to certain applications for, or for the variation of, [F1 heavy goods vehicle] licences where the proposed operating centres of the applicant are already specified in [F2 a heavy goods vehicle] licence) shall have effect.
