SCHEDULE 10 E+W Minor and consequential amendments relating to National Parks

The Agriculture Act 1967 (c. 22) E+W

6 E+W In section 50(3) of the Agriculture Act 1967 (bodies transfers to whom are not subject to section 49), after paragraph (a) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—

“(aa) a National Park authority;”.
