SCHEDULE 10 E+W Minor and consequential amendments relating to National Parks

The Rent Act 1977 (c. 42) E+W

18 E+W In section 14 of the Rent Act 1977 (exemption from protection for lettings by local authorities etc.), after paragraph (bb) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—

“(bc) a National Park authority;”.
