SCHEDULE 15 E+W+S Minor and consequential amendments relating to fisheries

The Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act 1975 E+W+S

10 E+W+S In section 9(1) of that Act (owner or occupier of certain dams or other obstructions to make fish passes of form and dimensions approved by the Minister) for the words “the Minister” there shall be substituted the words “ the Agency ”.
