15E+W+SIn section 17 of that Act (restrictions on taking salmon or trout above or below an obstruction etc) in subsection (3) (section not to be enforced, in cases where the fish pass is approved by the Minister, until compensation has been paid) for the words “approved by the Minister” there shall be substituted—
“(a)approved by the Agency, or
(b)constructed and maintained by the Agency in accordance with section 10(1) above,”.
