SCHEDULE 15E+W+S Minor and consequential amendments relating to fisheries
The Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act 1975E+W+S
9E+W+SIn section 8(2) of that Act (fishing mill dams to have attached to them fish passes of form and dimensions approved by the Minister) for the words “the Minister” there shall be inserted the words “ the Agency ”.
