Amendments of the Radioactive Substances Act 1993E+W+S
8E+W+SIn the M1Radioactive Substances Act 1993, in Part II of Schedule 3—
(a)in paragraph 12, for the words “Sections 16 and 17” there shall be substituted the words “ Section 16 ”;
(b)at the end there shall be added—
“17APart III of the M2Environmental Protection Act 1990.”.
