SCHEDULE 22 U.K. Minor and consequential amendments

10 E+W+S In section 26 (interpretation) in subsection (1), there shall be inserted at the appropriate place—

““the appropriate Agency” means—

(a) in the case of a site in England or Wales, the Environment Agency;

(b) in the case of a site in Scotland, the Scottish Environment Protection Agency;”.
