195E+W+S[F1In section 2 of the M1Clean Air Act 1993 (emission of dark smoke from industrial or trade premises) in subsection (5) (which creates a summary offence punishable with a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale) for the words “level 5 on the standard scale” there shall be substituted the words “£20,000”.]
