In section 21 of that Act (enforcement notices) in subsection (1) (power of chief inspector to serve such a notice) for the word “he” there shall be substituted the word “it”.

Subsection (3) of that section (adaptation in case of authorisations granted by the chief inspector and the appropriate Minister) shall cease to have effect.

In subsection (4) of that section (copies of notices to be sent to certain public or local authorities) the words from “or, where” to “that Minister” shall cease to have effect.
