231In Schedule 9 to the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994 (which makes provision for the transfer to the new principal councils in Wales of functions in relation to public health and related matters), in paragraph 17(2) (which amends the definitions of waste regulation and disposal authorities for the [1990 c. 43.] purposes of Part II of the [1994 c. 19.] Environmental Protection Act 1990) for the words “each of subsections (1)(f) and (2)(f)” there shall be substituted the words “subsection (2)(f)”.
