SCHEDULE 22 U.K. Minor and consequential amendments

The House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 and the Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975 U.K.

31 U.K. In Part II of Schedule 1 to the M1 House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (bodies of which all members are disqualified for membership of the House of Commons) the following entries shall be inserted at the appropriate places—

(a) “The Environment Agency.”;

(b) “The Scottish Environment Protection Agency.”;

and the like insertions shall be made in Part II of Schedule 1 to the M2 Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975 (bodies of which all members are disqualified for membership of the Northern Ireland Assembly).
