74E+W+SIn section 40 of that Act (transfer of licences) in subsection (3) (mode of making application for transfer of licence) for the words from “in such form” to “section 41 below” there shall be substituted the words “ on a form provided by the authority for the purpose, accompanied by such information as the authority may reasonably require, the charge prescribed for the purpose by a charging scheme under section 41 of the Environment Act 1995 ”.
