Sections 94 to 98 of the 1972 Act (restrictions on voting) shall have effect in relation to meetings of a National Park authority as they have effect in relation to meetings of a local authority.

Section 19 of the M1Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (members’ interests) shall have effect as if a National Park authority were a local authority for the purposes of Part I of that Act.
