In section 53(15) of the Building Societies Act 1986, after paragraph (b) there is added—“or

(c)

persons involved in the operation of occupational pension schemes (within the meaning of the Pension Schemes Act 1993 or, in Northern Ireland, the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993)”, and accordingly the “ or ” after paragraph (a) is omitted.
