In section 93 of the M1Transport Act 1985 (travel concessions), for subsection (7)(a) there is substituted—

“(a)

persons who have attained pensionable age (within the meaning given by the rules in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the Pensions Act 1995)”.
