Pensionable age E+W+S

15 E+W+S In section 58 of the M1 Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (exemption from requirement for election), in subsection (3)(b), for the words following “pensionable age” there is substituted “ (within the meaning given by the rules in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the Pensions Act 1995) ”.
