1E+W+SThe following rules apply for the purposes of the enactments relating to social security, that is, the following Acts and the instruments made, or having effect as if made, under them: the M1Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992, the M2Social Security Administration Act 1992 [F1, the Pension Schemes Act 1993 (c. 48) [F2, the State Pension Credit Act 2002 [F3, Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 and the Pensions Act 2014]]].
