(a)in Part I, the entry relating to the Occupational Pensions Board is omitted, and
(b)in Part II—
(i)after the entry relating to the Nature Conservancy Council for England, there is inserted— “Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority.
(ii)after the entry relating to the Office of the Director General of Fair Trading, there is inserted— “ Pensions Compensation Board.
