In section 47, in subsection (1), the words “or the Secretary of State” and, in subsection (2), the words “or the Secretary of State, as the case may be,”.

In section 49, in paragraph (a) , the words “prescribing the procedure for the holding of”, “by the Tribunal or the Secretary of State”, “, and for the making and determining of appeals to the Secretary of State under that procedure,” “securing that”, “and, in the case of an inquiry by, or appeal to, the Secretary of State before a person appointed by the Secretary of State”, “or the person so appointed” and “, whether by the Tribunal or the person so appointed,”; in paragraph (b), the words “and on any person so appointed”; and, in paragraph (c), the words “and the Secretary of State”.
