In section 25(1) (making of interim order and preconditions for so doing)—

(a)

for the words “of sections 16(1) and 22(1) are complied with” substitute—“—

(a)

of section 16(1); and

(b)

in a case where the child was not placed with the applicant by an adoption agency, of section 22(1),

are complied with”; and

(b)

for the words “vesting the custody of the child in” substitute “giving parental responsibilities and parental rights to”.
