The Land Compensation (Scotland) Act 1973 shall be amended in accordance with this paragraph.

In section 35(3) (disturbance payments where modification of dwelling required for disabled person), in paragraph (a), after “1968” insert “ or section 23 of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.
